[Resolved]  Ixigo — Ixigo tickets and payment

I booked a train ticket from Jammu to Ajmer on 19 February 2021 at 6:13pm through the Ixigo app. An amount of Rs 2061 was deducted from my google account but in the ixigo app it is showing "No transaction yet". No ticket was provided to me. I am providing all the necessary details. Please treat this as urgent and refund my money.
