Ixigo — Money debited but ticket not showing

On7nov 20, i booked a ticket to travel from Bwn(Bardhaman) to Ghy(Guwahati), train no-02345Hwh Ghy special via the ixigo apps.
My payment has debited from the bank but ticket is not booked.
The google pay order i'd in d screen shot given below.
Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

Payment deducted from 7nov 20, then i submit my complain11nov20..after submitting you(ixigo) assist me after 5-7working i will refund but till today 20nov 20 i will not... Wht shall i do? Plz infrm asap.
