[Resolved]  Ixigo — Money debited from the account but ticket was not booked

Respected sir,
I have booked the ticket on 20 th march from kolkata to mumbai of amount 8139 for 21st march money was debited and ticket was not booked
Bank is asking for a mail if you didn't receive the money please give the mail
Of the proof that you didn't receive the money please forward on [protected]@gmail.com
I have reported complaint before
