Dear Ixigo team, I have booked Train ticket from Tirupati to Raichur for 1st Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd (Ixigo.[protected]@Indus)". I have attached the payment screenshot with this complaint. I have waited for 2 days without complaining the issue because same thing happened while booking train in IRCTC website, but they refund the money next day only, but it didn’t happened here from Ixigo.
