[Resolved] Ixigo — Money deducted but flight ticket not booked. | |
Dear Ixigo team, I have booked Air India Flight from Mumbai to Raipur for 10th Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd". I have attached the payment screenshot with this complaint. Really worst service from ixigo. Kindly refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |
