[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted but ticket not generated

Hello I tried to book a ticket of her airways from new delhi to chennai on 24/04/2018. The flight number was 9w 739and the departure date was 14/06/2018. The required money ₹3954 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or jet airways. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out. P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue is not resolved immediately then i won't be able to use this app for next time. Thank you Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I booked ticket for 5 people from guwahati to NJP on 11.04.2018 order id:IXITR[protected]... The booking was not confirmed but the money was transfered and it was said that it will be refunded within 5 days but its 9 days now and its still not refunded please do the needful soon

Hi..I booked 6 tickets from Secunderabad to Vijayawada booking is cancelled kindly refund money, as early as possible
