I booked a bus ticket from asansol to kolkata on 10th January 2021 at 8:17pm through the Ixigo app. An amount of Rs. 436 was deducted from my google account but in the ixigo app it is showing "No transaction yet". Mai 18 March 21 ko Delhi to Gorakhpur jane ke liye ticket, 9 March 21 ko book kiya tha mere gogle pay account se paisa kat gaya lekin ticket nahi book hua. Costumer care se chatting kiya to bole ki 1 week me paisa aa jayega lekin abhi tak paisa nahi aaya.
