[Resolved] Ixigo — Money deducted from my account, no tickets booked. | |
I tried to book tickets from HOWRAH Jn to Pune Jn for 14th January 2021. I made payments through Phone Pe UPI. The money was deducted from my account. Amount - 3111 /- on 19th December 2020. I have the transaction id and everything. I have proof that money got deducted. But no tickets were booked. Ixigo app is not showing any previous booking record or transaction record. My Phone Pe account says that money has reached the merchant. Please refund my money ASAP. This is the transaction ref no.[protected] Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |
