[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted from my bank account. train not booked | |||
My money is deducted from my bank account. It shows payment failed but my money is deducted. After emailing they are asking trip id. How can i give trip id that i don't get? Please help. They have no contact number just have a bot which obviously cannot answer my question. I have lost ₹1337.90. Now i don't trust this application. Can ixigo solve my problem? If this is a flight booking, we request you to share details like the name of the service provider (eg. cheapticket, Cleartrip, etc).
