[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted from my bank account. train not booked

My money is deducted from my bank account. It shows payment failed but my money is deducted. After emailing they are asking trip id. How can i give trip id that i don't get? Please help.
They have no contact number just have a bot which obviously cannot answer my question. I have lost ₹1337.90. Now i don't trust this application. Can ixigo solve my problem?

We request you to kindly elaborate on the issue, with more details about your concern. If this is a flight booking, we request you to share details like the name of the service provider (eg. cheapticket, Cleartrip, etc). Else, for a train booking we request you to share the ixigo booking ID staring from "IXITR" and for Bus IXIBS.
