[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted from the account but tickets have not been booked | |
Hello I tried to book a ticket of air india from chandigarh to pune on 21/01/2018. The flight number was ai813 and the departure date was 28/03/2018. The required money ₹4092 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or air india. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out. P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue is not resolved immediately then i won't be able to use this app for next time. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |

Payment done through my friends debit card, money debited from bank account. Till dated no refund is received. Please do the need full.
