[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted, ticket not booked | |
Sir, I tried booking tickets from Bangalore to Chennai on Oct 1, 2019 and while booking I made payment through Amazon pay . My money got deducted and no tickets been generated Amazon had confirmed that money is successfully transferred to ixigo account I couldn't find the transaction in app and don't know how to get refund of Rs.1939 Am unable to contact customer care of ixigo and helcenter doesn't load in their mobile application Appropriate response wud be appreciated Was this information helpful? | |
