[Resolved]  Ixigo — My flight was cancelled by the airline and I didn't get the refund.

It's been more than 1 month since my flight from Leh to Jammu was cancelled by airline GoAir on 21st Nov 20.
I booked it on ixigo App. I have contacted several times to their customer service and got no firm reply. They keep saying to call again within 7 days but no sign of refund.
On their website it shows that the journey is compete. How can a company that solely operates on website do such blunder.
I have had enough, now I'm taking this issue to higher authorities.
