[Resolved] Ixigo — no refund received | |
Sir/madam This is to inform you that i made a transaction on 4th feb 2019 costing rs. 9551 for booking 5 3ac train tickets from jaipur to hyderabad deccan for the train "jp hyb sf exp train no. 12719". But due to some probable technical errors, i haven't received the ticket nor any confirmation regarding booking, but money has been deducted from my bank account. There were five attempts made by me and there are 5 corresponding order id's generated. There is a little confusion in knowing for which order i'd the amount has been deducted. The order ids are provided below. I, therefore, request you to initiate the refund process as early as possible.
