Sir mujhe 19 may 2018 ko cancelled hui tickects ka refund abhi tak nhi mila. Maine 4 transactions cancelled by company. Lakin uska refund abhi tak nhi mila. But apps mein status mein refunded show kar reha hai. Mere account mein ek bhi refund nhi aaya. Plesase solve this issue. My transactions no. Are

Updated by sachin anil Sir maine custmore care per baat ki wo kekhte hau ki unke paas arn no. Ka koi records show nhi kr reha. Bank branch nein bhi gaya to unhone bhi yehi keha ki in arn no. Ki koi details unke paas nhi hai. Aap ixigo company walo se hi poocho ki jis transactions company se unhone rs. Transfer kiye hai to wahi se conferm kare ki paise kyo transfer nhi hue kyoki rs. Transfer karne ka record to unhi ke paas hai. Sir pls solve this.

Updated by sachin anil Sir bank wale keh rehe hai ki for example agar mein unke bank se kisi ko rs. Send karta hoon aur agar wo uske paas nhi recice hote to uske baare mein wo keha pata karega ki rs. Kyo nhi recive hue uske liye aapko jahan se rs. Send kiye the wahi jana hoga. Wo bank wale bata sakte hai ki rs. Kahan ruke hue hai.
Isi tarah agar ixigi walo ne aapka rs. Refund kiya hai to ye unko wahi se pata krna hoga ki rs. Kahan ruke hue hai.
