[Resolved] Ixigo — payment deducted, flight details not received | |||||
I've been leaving complaints on official sites and forums. I've booked tickes from ixigo.com from mumbai to mangalore for september 14th. However, i've not received any confirmation of flight or any flight details. I got a reply from razorpay payment portal confirming successful payment and money has been deducted from my account as well. I require an explaination of the same within 12 hr. Its very important for me to have that flight booking. Its really tiresome to pursue so much to get simple customer service out of you guys. Was this information helpful? | |||||
