Ixigo — amount deducted but ticket not booked

Sir i booked train ticket from viramgam to varanasi for two adults tickets 20 january 2018, time is 12:22 p. M. Whole amount of 3518 is deducted through net banking but there is no proof of ticket, no ticket is generate i check my irctc account sir please give my money back otherwise i complaint this shameful act in consumer court.
So please return my money immediately and prove your company is good and helpfully.

Today on 25th december 2017 at around 12.45 p. M i was booking train tickets for 02 adults in kokankanya express for 8th january 2018 from dadar to ratnagiri jn. Altough the money i. E. An amount of rs 510/- was deducted 2 times as i booked tickets for 2 times recurringly but no booking occured. It showed that money will be refunded in 10 days. Kindly ensure an early return of money plz.

Today on 25th december 2017 at around 1:40 a. M. I was booking train tickets for 02 adults and 01 child in puja express for 12th january 2018 from jammu tawi to ajmeer jn. Altough the money i. E. An amount of rs 4840/- was deducted but no booking occured. It showed that money will be refunded in 10 days. Kindly ensure an early return of money plz.

Actually i booked a train ticket from bangalore to coimbatore through kcvl ypr ac express on (12.12.2017) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. Saying it would be credited in 10 working days. It's already been 10 days and i have not received it when enquired they say it have been initiated to the bank and when checked i have not received it i want help regarding this refund...

Sir i travelled 2 times from flight (Bom to bbi, bbi to bom), some days after i mailed to ixigo cashback team that i didnot get any cash back money on my citrus wallet then they mailed me that yours money expired. On the flight booking window they are flashed up that cash back amount there we provide all our credential details on booking time. If suppose any costumer not claimed on that day then why not citrus/ixigo not trying to notify to the costomer by call/mail? Then whats the purpose of to given all this details on the booking time?
Ixigo just play with costumer money.

Actually i booked a train ticket from katpadi to tirupur in coimbatore express today (16.12.2017) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. It is extremely disappointing that i booked my ticket from ixigo, the whole amount got deducted but no ticket was generated. It is shameful that you are fooling your customers. I want full refund of 940rs that was deducted for booking. Following are my details:

Am kabiraj nayak, i had tried to book a train ticket between koraput to jharsuguda on 10th december 2017 bearing booking id ixitr[protected], but as i made transaction 948 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly......

Sir ixigo have many problems due to we people are suffering if ticket is not booked refund should be within 3 days . But unfortunately I am feeling sad . I have done payment by credit card .hence personal request to look into the matter and give me reply

Ixigo — flight booking

I booked a ticket for varanasi to sharjah. 1500 rs cashback offer including. After booking they returned 1500 rs ixigo money. Which can not be transferable in to account. Ixigo money has a time limit for 6 monts.in case if do not plan or book then it collapse. It is complete cheating to customer.

Why these type of problems occurs. If someone do take actions then it happens regularly....

I booked a flight from jaipur to hyderabad through ixigo (Go air airlines) on 25th november for 4588inr. First of all i booked a refundable ticket so i should get all the principal amount except taxes but the company is giving me just 1138inr and when i called them regarding the same they started telling that it’s policy of the airlines etc etc. They should not fool the customer on the first place and secondly i haven’t received my cashback in my bank account yet which they are showing refunded in the app. Why would i give separate charges to airlines, ixigo and easemytrip when i’ve booked...

I have booked two flight tickets separately from pune to delhi
For booking id [protected] i have received cash back for irn 444
But for booking id [protected] i have not received cash back.
Now i am taking follow up for the same with ixigo team, what i am getting in reply that they doesn't found any booking id [protected] even though i have sent them the tickets as well as invoice copy then also i get same reply from them which is not at all digestible for me nor any of the one going through the same situation.
Need your kind support to sort out the issue.

I tried to ge pnr no of the dibrugah-chandigarh express in the name of atulya anubhav 19years, i tried to get pnr but could not get. I thought booking was not done but after three times tried butcould not be succeeded but from my bank account amount was deducted, it means total rs1545.00was deducted from that account. I have a booked ola cab through your app and ixigo app was showing the correct address but the ola have different address. Ola driver drop me at wrong location and treat me very badly while i was telling him to drop me at right location.
