Payment done but not received booking details

Hi Ixigo Team,

I have booked flight IX 2739 scheduled for 28th June at 1:45 AM using my phone number for booking. The payment was successfully processed via UPI and the amount Rs.4869 was deducted from my bank account. However I have not received any booking confirmation or details.

I am unable to find any trace of booking. Please assist with the details or initiate refund immediately.

Money paid. But no ticket received

I was booking train ticket and money was deducted from my account but did not showed up in ixigo. neither it showing payment failed nor payment successful. Please refund my money as soon as possible .

Complain regarding no information of ticket booking after payment

Team,

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 9 June at 11:05 am and during payment via upi mode my payment was successful of amount 6418 inr through UPI to ixigo.[protected]@icici but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train ticket booking which is not booked...

Refund not refunded even though ixigo claims "refund successful"

Ixigo says by giving an ARN number that refund has been successful but I have not received any refund. I contacted ICICI bank and they told me they cannot check ARN number. I was supposed to get the refund amount by yesterday 1st of June. I have not received any refund.

OB151989950Z4M. (Sri Siddhan travels).

I have booked a bus ticket from Madurai to Bangalore on May-6-2025. But I received a notification stating booking has failed and the Transaction number is OB[protected]Z4M. (Sri Siddhan travels).

Post this I recieved a message fro Sri Siddhan Travels that your booking is confirmed before 1 hour to board the bus. But I already booked some other travels from make my trip to Banaglore.

I booked a ticket on 26.03.25 at 8
27Am and the booking was unsuccessful whereas money was deducted from my account.

INR 4191 spent on Kotak Bank Card x9718 on 26-MAR-2025 at WWW IXIGO COM.
This message I recieved from bank.
I had received a mail for refund from ixigo on 26.03.25 At 11.46Am

I reached Customer support through chat, two-three times, they said that I will get refund at 26 Mar 2025, 12:44 pm.

I got a refund in Ixigo money max at 12:30 pm today but automatically it was deducted from ixigo money account and the ticket booking was successful.
Meanwhile, I have booked a ticket from IRCTC official website.

I have not received refund at stated time .So I talked to ixigo customer support executive who denied to refund my money and said to cancel the ticket.

Now if I cancel the ticket, I will incur a loss of ₹600 .All the proofs are attached for your reference.

I hope you will understand the situation and resolve the issue after 4 Hrs ticket pulled out by ixigo request you to please take a necessary action and resolve my issue with my refund

    It is to inform that I have travelled from Dehradun to Srinagar on dated 22.02.2025.I had booked ticked through IXIGO Sites including meal during journey. I have done full payment, but While travelling Indigo Airline did not serve meal to us. I write mail to airline and they confirmed it that a refund of Rs 1000 has been submitted to booking site i. e IXIGO for further processing.
    Now IXIGO have to refund me at earliest. I have talked yesterday IXIGO customer care but till positive action is awaited.

      Partial refund of airline fare

      Sir,
      This is to inform you that I had a flight From Guwahati to Kolkata on 22.02.2025 Alliance Air • 9I 758. The PNR no of my ticket is 2SKNPM . Two o[censored]s were supposed to travel, Mr. Jim Tudu and Mr. Sk. Adib Bin Ahamed. The ticket costed me Rs. 6670. However the flight was cancelled and the refund I received was Rs. 5582.       Money deducted but tickect not booked

      I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose gpay upi for payment but ticket was not booked but in gpay statement its showing "transaction is successful". Debited amount - 2331, date and time : 6 feb 2025, 4:44pm and upi transaction id[protected] . But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking....

      total scam misleading ad, saying 3x where as they come up with t&c while refunds

      This is regarding the train booking which I did in IXIGO site (PNR# [protected])( BOOKING ID:IXITRS[protected]), after seeign the claims in their ad/banner confirm ticket else 3X return with no terms and conditions remark in it or * mentioning in it .

      But surprisingly after my tickets not confirmed I didn’t received the amount as promised by them .

      Payment was done but ticket not generated

      Made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and payment was done for ticket using upi but ticket was not booked. Debited amount - 1340, date and time : 1 Nov 2024, 01:59 pm and transaction id is[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 1340 asap.br...

        My incident is as follows
        I was entering to pf 3 through the rear entry of Mangalore Rly Station Maveli express Mangalore to TVC
        time 5;10 pm
        Departure time 5.30 PM
        I was travelling with kids' baggage etc

        See parked train @ pf 3

        We entered the train b4 3ac

        Once we entered the train the lights were on, since the train was not moving as expected I checked with the attendant by 5.45 pm, and he only informed us we had boarded the wrong train which was not Maveli it was Malabar Express as confirmed by coach attendant

        Train Maveli Already Left from another PF

        Since the train was fully occupied I had no other choices other than standing in the pf with my 3-year-old twin children's
