[Resolved] Ixigo — payment failure | |
Hi, I have booked railway tickets from hubli to bangalore on 25th may 2019. Payment was failed and 913rs got deducted from my bank account. There is no record about the ticket in the application nor i got sms/email from ixigo about payment failure. How will i get the amount back and to whom i must contact. And there is no customer number available. Please help me in reverting back my amount. Was this information helpful? | |

On 21 may, i am booked train ticket first time through ixigo but unfortunately when i am booking train ticket throug ixigo my connection time out.I am requesting to you please refund my money of cancel ticket to my bank account.

I didn't get my refund money since 1 month
And you are not clearing this issue I enquired in my bank too they too saying it was not there responsibility
