[Resolved] Ixigo — payment refunded but did not received | |||
I had booked a railway ticket on 25th of oct booking for chandigarh (Cdg) - abohar (Abs) train with booking id: ixitr[protected] and[protected] could not be confirmed due to payment failure . But the payment was deducted from my account for both ticket but did not received any refund Plz help me Should i trust you guys again while booking ticket or shift somewhere else Is this the customer experience you provide Help me fast Was this information helpful? | |||
