I booked a ticket from warangal to bargarh on 22 september.The amount has been debited. I forgot my irctc password, so i was unable to book the ticket. The refund process initiated on 23 september and told it will be credited by 28. I didnot get refund and i complained to ixigo it didnot respond .my payment id EQFHUZ3EEWIPMB1BC and transaction id:IXITR[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked five (5) tickets from your site from Amritsar to Ambala cantt for 16 /10/18 but it shows booking successful not seat nos..not allotted so make refunds RS. 566.45 to my account pls.
