[Resolved] Ixigo — refund amount not process full against flight booking | |
I like to complain against ixigo for not refunding full amount as booked for flight from surat to goa to surat on dated[protected] for period[protected] to[protected]. Indigo has cancelled my ticket due to covid-19 but ixigo has refunded back amount till[protected]. Then after, ixigo ask me to cancel my ticket through their app and i did accordingly but they paid refund amount of rs. 5869/- against ticket booked amount of rs. 6938/-. They had deducted total amount of rs. 1069/- which includes 600 cancellation charges and 469 convenience fees. My complaint is like 1) 600 cancellations charges should not be levied as flight has been cancelled due to covid-19. 2) convenience fees shouldn’t levied as flight has been cancelled due to covid-19. Kindly look into this matter and resolve my query as earliest Was this information helpful? | |
