Dear sir, I have booked train ticket chennai to ambur. I have cancelled it at 16/1/2018. Still i am not get any refund from ixigo. I have tried feed back and complaint sites of your mail but no one bothered about this. That ticket was refunded by irctc. Still i am not get any refund. Kindly refund my money to my account.
