Ixigo — Refund for Booking ID IF[protected]

Booked flight from Chennai - Hyderabad - Chennai with Ixigo.
Onward Spice Jet flight was postponed by one day by the airline.
The return by Alliance Air was advanced by 6 hours.
Both onward and return flight reschedule was not suitable to me.
Hence, I cancelled both flights.
Ixigo refunded only for one flight.
The other flight received no refund.
Total cost of Booking was Rs 18126.
I have received only Rs 8197 + 740 = Rs 8937.
I have lost Rs 9189 for no fault of mine.
Cancellations were done through Ixigo.
This is very unfair.
