[Resolved] Ixigo — Refund issue 1111 | |
I had booked a train ticket from Shakurbasti to Basti on 14 Jan 2020. But due to covid conditions, it was cancelled. In the screenshot below, refund for this was initiated on 13 Aug 2020 which is showing failure in ixigo app but from ixigo customer service I got a screenshot which is showing success. Still I have not received my refund. Screenshot from the app and one received from customer support is attached for reference. Kindly do the needful for my refund. Aug 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 08, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The refund was failed. You should have received a payout link yesterday via email and SMS for a refund.
