[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund issue 1111

I had booked a train ticket from Shakurbasti to Basti on 14 Jan 2020.

But due to covid conditions, it was cancelled. In the screenshot below, refund for this was initiated on 13 Aug 2020 which is showing failure in ixigo app but from ixigo customer service I got a screenshot which is showing success. Still I have not received my refund.

Kindly do the needful for my refund.

The refund was failed. You should have received a payout link yesterday via email and SMS for a refund.
