Dear sir,
I have booked train ticket from h nizzamuddin to chennai central. I have canceled it at 19/12/2017. Still i am not get any refund from ixigo for following booking id:ixitr[protected] for ticket which i was cancelled. And my pnr number is [protected].. That ticket was refunded by irctc. Still i am not get any refund. Kindly refund my money to my account. I have tried feed back and complaint sites of your mail.. No one bothered about this

Sir I booked a ticket mtj to tdd on 20 th dec waiting list 54 and journey day 42 waiting Tc came in train and he told ur e ticket automatically cancel please take another ticket with challan I collect challan 950 but my waiting ticket not canceled no message received yet please confirm as soon as possible
