Sir i book ticket on 04/09/2018 from CNB to JKN DATE OF JURNEY 09/09/2018. My ticket not confirm transection failed by ixigo. For proof. I can why debit balance from my acvount. As I booked the journey from Madurai to Chennai on aug 6th my booking got failed and my amount is still not credit and I booked the journey from Haveri to Madurai my booking got failed and my amount is still not credit.Kindly please do the needful
