[Resolved] Ixigo — refund not credited in bank account from 23. june-19 to 05.07.2019. | |||
I have booked train ticket from ixigo apps as on 23.06.19 and cancelled this ticket same day and another ticket booked in same day in another train. Refund of cancelled ticket amount rs.1080/- not refunded till 05.07.19 where as during the cancellation process, your refund amount to be credited within 04 to 05 days in concern bank. After waiting of 10 days i talk with ixigo helpline for the same, she (Tara) is saying your refund has been processed by our end, contact to concern bank, when i contacted with bank, bank told me that bank not received any amount rs.1080/- between 23.06.19 to 05.07.19 behalf of your account where as ixigo apps is showing refund status is success and irctc is not showing refund status success.
