[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund of a non confirmed ticket

Dear sir/madam,
I have done my booking on 10th september and my traveling date is also same but amount is debited on 13th september. My upi transaction id is[protected], my google transaction id is cicagkcgsmfhvq, my train booking id is ixitr[protected] and my payment id is 4pmlcwu0izr5foi3gr. If ixigo served me this service then why will i book the same ticket for two times?
Please help me out with this issue. Its already 3 monthes and still amount is not reflected in my account.
