[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of cancel ticket issue | |||
I had booked air india ticket on 18th march 2020. (Pnr hxdqfg). Due to covid outbreak i had cancelled my ticket from kochi to trivandrum which costs 1173 rs. When i had called customer service they are not attending. The flight was on 20 the march 2020. Still the app is showing cancellation initiated. I want my refund amount as soon as possible. As govt has order that no cancellation fee will be borned from customer. So consider my complaint and refund it immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
