Ixigo — refund of money for train booking. | |||
I booked railway ticket on 2nd Nov 2018 and 6th jan 2019 which was failed but my amount get deducted . They inform me that your refund amount has been initiated and will be credited within 10 days . There were no money credited yet and i had been waiting for so long. I feel like i have been just cheated. Kindly help to resolve my issue. Further details are in pics provided below.
