[Resolved] Ixigo — Refund of my PNR [protected] Train 05005 | |||
Hi I have booked the train 05005 from IXIGO app then on 1 march i got the message that Train No. 05005 of 31/03/2021 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. When i check with booking partner IXIGO they said no need to cancel the ticket you will get full refund in 7 seven days after the journey date But on the day of traveling 31/03/2021 at 4.55 pm i got the message Train No.05005 of 31/03/2021 cancelled earlier has been restored now Now they are showing train is not cancel and I am not eligible for refund After that when I trying to file TDR from your app it is giving error Now Ixigo is not giving my refund Could you please let us know how can i claim the refund My pnr number is PNR-[protected] Trn:05005 Thanks Anshu Was this information helpful? | |||
