[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of train ticket amount | |||||
I made a train ticket booking, with booking id: IXITR[protected] on 16 july 2018 from secunderabad to sainagar shiridi, but the booking was failed, saying that the amount of 2257 ₹ will be refunded to my account within 5 days. It has been 7 days, but I did not receive any refund. Kindly, refund the amount & solve the issue. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Also please be informed we haven’t received any credit against the shared id as transaction was not completed. Hence request you to please check with the bank concern regarding the refund against this id.
