[Resolved] Ixigo — refund related issue and failed booking | |||
Was booking tickets through (Ixigo train app) On date 7/11/19 booking got failed but have been debited amount of 570.40 from google pay payment method on failed transaction I mailed to ([protected]@ixigo.com) But no response from any through mail. And even tried calling on this autogenerated number [protected] In voice call they mention if booking failed amount will be auto refund in 7 day but still no refund Transaction date : 7/11/19 Upi transaction id :[protected] Google transaction id :cicagkcwy8nmcg Was this information helpful? | |||
