Hello I try to book train ticket on 16-may-2018 from lucknow to dhanbad train no-13308 ganga sutlaj express. Payment amount haa been deducted but booking failed. It said refund will be credit in your account within 5 daya but not get any refund. Please refund my money. I book my ticket the amount is paid but my ticket is not confirm and my amount is not refund my email id is [protected]@gmail.com so please refund my amount or confirm my ticket I book my ticket on 14 may but it is not confirmed so refund my amount otherwise confirmed it

I had booked a train ticket on 24 april 2018 from belagavi to bengaluru in train no 16590. The fare was rs340. I cancelled it from itheir app itself. But still i have not got my refund
