[Resolved]  Ixigo — Regarding refund on train booking

I have done 2payment from Google pay both payment were successful but while doing first booking payment has done but ixigo application was stuck and didn't redirect to application so payment was done but didn't get ticket I had made another booking after that till now I didn't get my first payments refund. I've attached the payment receipt which includes order number.
