Ixigo — status of scheduled flight of akasa airlines booked with ixigo

We booked with Ixigo for QP-1633 flight for 6th Nov 2025 with PNR[protected]. When we tried today for booking another ticket for the same flight, it is not displayed on your list. When contacted the Customer Care number of Akasa Air, the attendant advised that this flight is cancelled. Please advise me the factual status.
