I just paid for the flight from bengaluru to nagpur from ixigo app for the day November2ed indigo airlines at 2.25pm and paid through netbanking. the payment was successful and amount was debited from my account but i didn’t get any confirmation of the ticket nor the ticket pass, I dont know what wrong happened in the following process and Please look in to the issue and resolve it as soon as possible...
