[Resolved]  Ixigo — Ticked is not booked but money has been deducted n not refunded yet

My registered email id at ixigo app is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no. is [protected] . On 30th jan 2021 I booked a ticket from Pandhurna to Kota in CBE JP Express . My money was deducted but after that the ticket didn't appear .Again it is showing that there has been no booking and no transaction of that ticket.
I request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible . This app has really disappointed me.
