[Resolved] Ixigo — Ticket amount debited from account but ticket not booked | |
I tried booking ticket and it sent me to payment gateway where I was paying through UPI app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. But even in failed transaction history I can't see any of the failed transaction. Kindly refund the amount asap.
