[Resolved]  Ixigo — train cancellation

I have booked my train ticket with pnr [protected] secunderabad to palakkad. The train got cancelled due to flood in kerala and my refund not yet received for the same. I got mail from irctc stating that my refund will be given by agent through whom i booked (Ixigo). I have waited many days for your refund but no refund. Also ixigo didnt send any messages regarding refund. Please find the attached screenshot. Kindly revert immediately
