[Resolved] Ixigo — train tatkal ticket is not booked but payment deducted of tatkal ticket | |
Arounf 11:20am today .. i was trying to book the tatkal ticket on your app but the payment deducted of my tatkal ticket amount .. but any imformation about this transaction was not given to me by ixigo whether the ticket is booked or not .. after that i tried lot about to contact the ixigo service centre for this .. but didn't help any thing .please help me because tommorow the train will be if the ticket was booked .. tell me about whether the ticket is booked or not .. and what about my payment which was deducted ... my phone no. is [protected] and the email-id is [protected]@gmail.com.. please tell me faster about this .. as soon as possible .. and i am sending photos of my transaction receipt of payment to u for ticket Was this information helpful? | |
