Ixigo — Unauthorized credit card charges on my tata neu credit card ending 1411

Incident 28.07.2025 around 10.00am -got my Tata neu HDFC card ending 1411 blocked immediately after fraud on their helpline and then complained to cyber crime online portal on 30.07.2025 -subsequently FIR no 0645 dated 31.07.2025 was filed at khar police station Mumbai- 52
Had got a message from no [protected] stating parcel returned due to incomplete address and on updating the address got a message asking me to send Rs.25.00 so they could resend the parcel. on entering the OTP my card got swiped with Rs.70990.00 showing payment made to merchant IXIGO Bangalore On complaining to HDFC card helpline an amount of Rs.46652.00 was reversed on 02.08.2025 by the Merchant IXIGO.
Sincere request if the entire amount was blocked as complaint was made immediately I would be highly obliged if you could reverse the balance amount of Rs.24337.00 too.
