[Resolved] Ixigo — waiting ticket cancellation refund

I have booked train waiting ticket from ixigo on 23.08.2020 from satna to ltt travelling date 29.08.2020 but ticket got cancelled due to ticket not confirmed but i didn't received my refund till now however on irctc site it is showing that refund has been credited to the bank with reference no. [protected] but i didn't received the refund and i have received email from irctc that dear customer, We wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully. Verified Support Sep 10, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey Zeeshan, Greetings from ixigo! Please note that a refund for INR 8430 was successful from ixigo on 9th September and shall be credited to the payment source by 16th September. Thanks Team ixigo
