Ixigo — Zee Thai hostel fake information

I had booked the zee Thai hostel, Thailand on 3 November to 7 November 2025 through ixigo. Booking ID IH[protected] . When i visited the Zee Thai hostel showing washroom doors are broken and Tiles were not their. Washroom are very old and purposely put the dark lights to not make video and photos. when i ask for the locker they said go and purchase the lock from7/11 shop. Locker was not available. air condition machine was not there. they were using Exhaust fan. I asked them. Please ask to refund my Money INR 1850 from zee Thai hostel. they were threating me. you Indians.
I simply came out and book the Marni BKK just beside of them.
