I have an account with jabong with registered number [protected] and [protected] Email: Vishaldesai.[protected]@gmail.com Poorti. [protected]@yahoo.com We had placed the order for rebook training shoes and puma bag: order [protected] on 3rd of july '16 and today it is 25th of july '16 and jabong has been giving us torried time since then. And their courier partner ekart, has simply been faking about trying to make an attempt to contact us on the telephone and today they marked the order rejected without any prior intimation. I had adidas gym bag on 3rd of july '16 order no [protected] delivered to the same billing address from ekart on on sat, 9 jul 2016 and that time ekart never faced any issue nor did they make any call on my phone [protected], so we dont know what is all the drama about order [protected] and why they never came to our address to deliver. I am suspecting that the order has been misplaced by ekart and hence the harassment and if this is not the case then either ways you guys have still given us a torried time. 8 of july was the expected delivery date for rebook training shoes and puma bag: order [protected]. There is some limit for delaying any product. We were considerate with jabong guys with the initial delay that happened owing to rains or some challenge that they may have faced. But today it is 24th, and they have crossed all limits with testing customer patience. The executives at jabong simply seem to have by hearted the statement 'we would escalate this and would need 24-48 hours for resolution' which they have been saying since 8th july '16 and they are very hard to reach over the call and executive level people and even supervisors all are useless. I would really expect some desired and acceptable resolution as things have gone really overboard and jabong really do not have any customer service etiquette or mannerism to handle such situations in professional manner Vishal desai Was this information helpful? | |||||
