Hi, My name is Rashmi RL and I have invested in fixed deposit which matured on 15 Jan 2015. The original fixed deposit is already sent via post.I was earlier told that the FD will be paid off by March end but that didn't happen. Then I was told it will be paid by Jun end which has not yet happened.

I am force to bring this matter to your notice & action, as in near future & many of my other clients FDR’s are also going to mature. Therefore I very humbly request you to please take the necessary action & help my valuable customers to get their maturity payments release from Jaiprakash Associates & Jaypee Infra. It’s very unfortunate that we are not getting any satisfactory reply from them on our due payments. One FDR was due for the payment in Jan. 2015 itself and now approx. 9 month are over but no commitment on return of our due amount. We are continuously following up with them and every time they telling us new extended timelines with the statement “WE HAVE FUND ISSUES, IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME”. They are repeating same sentence from last 9 months. We need this money very badly and request for your urgent help and support to get my hard-earned money back. F.D.R.no.00603204 dated[protected] amount Rs.140000 is not received yet.Letters and mail sent but no response .I am in very urgent need of money .even with so many reminders the company is not paying money. I REQUEST THAT ALL THE DUE MONEY WITH INTEREST SHOULD IN RETURNED IMMEDIATELY

Hi, Its compliant against the Jaypee Sports City (part of Jaypee Infratech). I have a Plot (Size 209 Sq Yd) in their project called Yamuna Vihar which i booked in 2012. I made the down payment of 50% against the booking and they mentioned that i will get the possession within 18 months which never happened. On 20th August 2014, I visited their office in Noida and cancelled the booking. As per the contract, if i cancel the booking then they will deduct 10% of the amount from total amount and refund the balance amount. My unit number is B-106 in Yamuna Vihar. This is where Jaypee started harassing me, i am doing follow-up with them for last 1 year now and still i haven''t got my hard earned money. I have sent almost 100 emails till date to Jaypee Customer care and their management but every-time they assure me that i will get the payment within few weeks but nothing has happened till date. I have personally met them almost 10 times, spoke to almost everyone in their company but rather than getting the money, i am just getting the false assurance and promises. If we delay the payment by 1 day then they ask us to pay the 18% interest but now are they going to pay me the interest for this delay. This is to bring to your attention that I, Mrs. P Chakraborty had invested Rs 67000/- in JP group's FD scheme in March, 2014. FDR number is 00605999. The maturity of the same was due on February, 2015 and the maturity amount comes to Rs 75127/-. However, I have not received the amount even after six months of the maturity date. I request concerned authorities of the JP group to look into this urgently and repay the maturity amount with due interest as soon as possible. Your urgent action will be appreciated. We booked a flat in JP Kosmos (Unit KM67) on Oct 20, 2010 and we were promised that we will get the hand over of the unit in 36 months. Now its been close to 2 years above the deadline we are still not sure as to when we will get the possession of the flat. Speed of the construction is also very slow sighting it seems that we will not get the possession in next 1 year also. Being a service class man it is getting very difficult for me to make the ends meet in my daily life with the limited amount of earnings. I live in a rented apartment with my family and my family is dependent on me. Due to financial crises some times the option of sucide aso crosses my mind. In case any event happens in future then only Jaypee Green should be held responsible for this happening should be made accountable for giving false deadlines to it customers and booked under law. I will be highly grate full to you if you can force the Jaypee group to speed up there construction and hand over the flat as soon as possible.

Dear Sir It is a long time since the FDs were surrender for re-payment and unfortunately there is no response from company. FDS surrendered. 1) meenadevi moondra- renewal fdr No 00221892 1) ram swaroop moondra- renewal fdr no 00221893 Both fdr were surrendered on 23june15 please do the needful. The company is not replying and taking the calls.

It is submitted that i had purchased fdr nos: 00337680 dt 22 jan 12 & 00345123 dt 11 may 12 from jaiprakash associates limited

The former of of the two fdrs ie no 00337680 dt 22 jan 12 valuing rs 1 lac is of non cumulative category, while the later ie no 00345123 dt 11 may 12 valuing rs 1 lac is of cumulative category

Both of these fdrs have matured on 21 jan 15 & 10 may 15 respectively.

The fixed deposit receipts mentioned above we're submitted to jaiprakash associates limited on due dates for making payments.

Even after lapse of nearly 6 months jaiprakash associates limited has neither done payment nor responded in the matter & is curiously silent in the complete matter.

This must the case with all it's customers : and thus this forum for redressal is being applied for ::::

Dear Sir / Madam I have sent by registered post ( on 13/4/2015) duly signed and discharged FD reciept No 00350945 of Rs 8 lakhs, maturing on 3/5/2015, i request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite the process of refund . I was told on telephone by the good officer ( from JP FD dept ) who took up the telephone there could be a delay of 2 months, however more than 2 months have passed, and the telephone now does not get answered at all . I booked a flat in JP AMAN 3 project in Greater Noida under JP greens for a Down Payment of Rs. 100000 in Mar 2014, Unit No. AM0B211C01 in the Name of MANISHA SINGHAL The further installment has to be pay as per the construction work in progress but no construction work is being done. I did not make any further payment to the company. I mail to company for refund my down payment but no reply has been done. 1. Please refer jaiprakash associates limited fdr receipt no 00306191, fdr date 21 october 2011 deposited for a period of 36 months (Cumulative) for an amount of rs 200000 / - in respect of mr chaitanya capoor.
2. The said fdr was to mature on 21 october 2014. However the maturity amount payment was done vide your company warrant no 1062921 dated 31 may 2015 after a delay of 7 months and 10 days.
3. In view of the above kindly make additional payment for interest accrued for delay in payment by 7 months and 10 days on the deposited amount cumulatively beyond the stipulated period of 36 months investment in the fdr.
4. I am enclosing copies of your company receipt for the investment amount and also the warrant dated 31 may 2015 vide which payment was made to me after delay of 7 months and 10 days.
5. An early action is requested. Kindly note any further delay will accrue more interest in payment due to me.

Dear Sir I was fix deposit for Rs.56000/- on dtd:20.02.2015 in Jaiprakesh Associates Ltd through our broker M/s Stock Holding Corporation of India. After maturity, I was sent on Feb 2015 original paper of FD to Jaiprakash Associate through my broker. After few days, I was follow up with my broker for refund of FD. My broker has informed me that Jaiprakash Associate is not refunding your FD amount. Therefore I was directly contact to Jaiprakash Associates, Noida office but nobody is giving me any response/ reply about refund of said FD. I am attaching here with scan copy of FD for your reference. It is requested you to please look into the above matter & help for refund of my FD amount. My name is Sujata Chanda and I have invested in fixed deposit which matured on 29th March 2015. I was earlier told that the FD will be paid off by April-15 end but it didn't happen. Non- receivement of Interest on F.D. Maturity amount on Rs 400000/- from 05/11/2014 to 08/06/2015. FD No. 00593115 Matured on dt. 5.11.2014 in Name of Karishma Agarwal. I have sent several reminder before but till date I have not received cheque.

Non payment of FD Maturity Amount Hello, I had invested in the FDRs issues by Jaiprakash Associates and Jaypee Infratech company. The FDR details are as below. FDR number is 00340315 and maturity date is 16.04.2015 for Jaiprakash Associates FDR FDR Number is 29942 and maturity date is 05.05.2015 for Jaypee FDR. I did follow up with them for many times; however, i haven't received their response as well as maturity amount. Please support to get maturity amount. Thank You.

FD Receipt No. 00332632, Inv. Code : 1200257, Scheme : Non-Cum. Deposit Date : 20.02.12 - Deposit Amount : Rs. 1.00, 000 The above FD matured on 20.02.2015. I have sent the original receipt duly discharged to their Noida Office by registered mail on 02/02/2015. But till today (18/06/2015), the maturity amount has not been received. I have reminded them by emails and phone calls on many occasions, but no response. I have also lodged complaint with CLB. Please take up with M/s. Opened on 29.12.2012, Tenure up to 28.12.2015 Please note that JP Associates has paid only 3 quarter interest during 2014-15, as below 12-Apr-14 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 672092 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 24-Sep-14 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 072688 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 02-Jan-15 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 121504 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 The July pay out was done in September. The October payout was not done at all. Also the tax deducted was credited only for 3 quarters. Also the interest for April pay out also has not been done. Kindly take up this matter with the company.
