Fdno. 00598593 in my name matured on 23.12.2015 for rs. 151614/- has not been redeemed to me even though the request for redemption with discharged fd receipt sent on 16th nov 2015.
There has been huge delay and inspite of reminders, no response. last information received was that the amount will be settled by jun 2016. i have not received till now.

Kindly make payment immediately as i have to meet loan commitments.

My 2 fds : fdr 00395158, and fdr[protected]maturity date : january 28th 2016), are well past the due maturity date, however jp . has neither paid back any dues nor has reverted to my queries.

I understand the co. is not among the best of finances, but at the same i hope the owners of the company will keep up to their promises and the faith of its investors.

I am s mythili, from chennai. My fixed deposit for rs 50, 000/- with jaiprakash associates ltd noida, no.[protected]Investor code[protected], matured on 10.10.2015, has not been repaid. Despite several phone calls, no satisfactory reply is forthcoming. They had stated that the entire proceeds would be repaid by june 2016. Now they say it will take another five to six months.

I, arvind kumar malviya from allahabad had open a fixed deposit in jp associates ltd bearing fd no[protected] amounting rs 50000/- on 2.7.2012 whose date of maturity was 1.7.2015 and maturity amount rs 72610/-. i have sent the fd document to your mailing address through register post on 21.8.2015 (postal receipt no - [protected] dt 21.8.2015) for its realisation. but the amount has not yet credited in my account nor the cheque is received for the purpose.
Kindly intimate the position and oblige me with credit of the amount with interest of delayed period.

I, mridul jhunjhuwnala had invested rs 70, 000 in fd of jaiprakash associates limited of jaypee group (registered address sector 128, noida 201304) on 22nd march 2013 for a period of 3 years (maturity date 21.03.2016). fd number 00406359.

For premature refund of the fd, i had submitted the fd reciept to the company in july, 2015. however, till now i have not received the amount from the company. since the withdrawal date of the original fd has also surpassed, i would request mca to intervene and ask the company to provide delayed interest plus principal amount.

Attached is my father mr. Vijay m trilokekar fd copy which got matured on 27th may 2015 & i had sent original fd copy for refund but still i have not received the maturity amt. Another fd copy attached is in my name rahul vijay trilokekar which got matured on 9/10/2015. Still maturity amt not received. Why it is taking so long. Atleast give us the interest of so many days from the date of maturity. There is no communication from your side. It is our hard earned money. We want it back.

Pls do the needful as per the attached fd copy & refund money asap.

Fd receipt no.00559616 investor id no.1127366 dated 04.12.2012 to 03.12.2015 cumulative for rs.50000/= on the name of kusum verma & raman kumar. We have already sent the fdr for encashment duly signed in time but still have not received the payment. Please help us to clear our dues. I have already sent complaint to clb and pm office for clear our fds.

We have been writing letters to your company jaiprakash asscociates ltd since 06/11/2015.

Myself ankit j desai, f. D holder wants to inform you that i have invested rs 30, 000 on 07/11/2012 for 36 months and the maturity date is 07/11/2015 maturity amount rs 43, 566.

After maturity date i have already apply for en cash of fd as per procedure but so far there is no reply from company side.

Once again i humbly request if consumer forum can take some action on my fd matter on urgent basis.

Please do the needful and help me release my money as soon as possible.

1. I, Meena Kalakoti, had invested hard earned money amounting Rs 2 Lakhs as fixed deposite with Jaiprakash Associates Limited in a cumulative 36 months scheme for 3 years on 10 April 2012 with due date on 10 April 2015.
2. Even after submitting the fixed deposite certificate FDR no. 00339208 on time in March 2015 for payment, no action so far has been taken by the company so far. Despite several reminders through e-mail neither the payment nor any reply has been forwarded by the company.
3. May I request intervention at the highest level and an early payment with interest till date as promised be made to me.

I had deposited rs.40, 000/-as fix deposit with j. P. Associate on nov 2012 for 3year period and it was due to mature on 6.11.2015
So i had sent the original fd receipt through smc global, daryang, delhi to j. P. Associate on the date of maturity. When i contacted jp associate office by phone they replied that they have received my original f. D. Receipt and the maturity amount will be sent to me with some delay and they shall pay me the interest for the delay period
But so far i have not received my due amount back from the company

Have two fd's in the name of my mother and myself which were due on sept end 2015. However i have not received the payment. I have also tried to contact their ceo manoj gaur but did not get his reply back. If the most authorized person of the group does not answers it is time to file a complain in the consumer forum. I am dire need of this money for my education. What is money good for if you don't have it when you need it?
I urge you strong that the amount is greater than 6 lakhs which is high enough for a middle class family.
Request you to please get my settlement done.

I have submitted the following fixed deposit certificates to jaiprakash associates for redemption on maturity but till now have not received the maturity proceeds.

Receipt no. 383959 in the name of mrs. Succorin saldanha matured on 7.12.15 - maturity amount - rs.39209.00

Our rs. 25000/= 36 months fdr # 00549025 issued by m/s. J p associates ltd. Noida, matured on 15/10/2015 and was submitted to the company on 11/09/2015 duly discharged which has been acknowledged by them. They have neither paid the deposit amount nor are paying any interest w. E. F the maturity date.In contravention to the clb orders in this regard. We are senior citizens and suffer from age related ailments and need our money urgently.

I have sent many e-mails to you. But i have neither received any reply nor maturity proceeds so far. Please send me the maturity proceeds for rs.72610.00 immediately.
