and FD No 00385031 for Rs.80, 000.00 both with a maturity amount of Rs.1, 16, 176.00

Both the FDs have got matured on 10.12.2015.

I have sent the request letter with originals FDs to your company by Regd Post on 01.12.2015 but till date I have not received the maturity amount. I have also not received any communication from your office regarding the same.

Kindly send the maturity amount plus the overdue interest from 11.12.2015 to till date at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I am a retired Army Person with the following Fixed Deposits with Jaiprakash Associates Limited, Regd office-Sector 128, Noida-201304(UP), which are matured and am eagerly waiting for maturity proceeds.

a) FDR No: 00359383 ; FDR date:18/07/2012 ; Scheme-Cum(36) :Amount deposited-Rs 40000/ Maturity date - 18 July 2015.
b) FDR No:00366598 ; FDR date:06/10/2012 ; Scheme- Cum(36):Amount deposited-Rs 100000/- Maturity date-06October 2015.

Both the above fixed Deposit Receipts have been sent to the company duly discharged for repayment;Several telephone calls have also been made to them spending money with no sensible reply and response.Very very unfortunate situation created by the company for helpless people like me.They do not even acknowledge the receipt of FDR.
May I request your good offices to help me get my maturity proceeds please.The company or its Directors may not realise the hardships in the Army.

This is Mr.Subramanya rao, i am an investor who have invested
with JP asociates for an amount of 6.35lakhs., the break up of which
is as follows:

1) FDR No - 351660, Amt - Rs.1, 10, 000 Maturity date - 14/6/2015. (
maturity amt also not received as well as interest for two quarters)

2)FDR No - 420028, Amt - Rs.3, 00, 000 Maturity date - 15/6/2016.

3)FDR No- 433323, Amt - Rs.2, 25, 000 Maturity date - 7/11/2016.

As per the FDR no 351660 is concerned, amount of Rs.1, 10, 000 i
have stil not received the maturity amt, neither the interest for two
quarters. To tell you sir, i am mainly dependent on this income & we
have also fixed our last daughter's marriage at home . I have sent you
two registered posts till now, for which i have still not got any
reply also. kindly consider this & take necessary action at the
earliest.

This is my sincere request to kindly send me the warrent at the
earliest which includes the capital, the delayed period interest for 5
months apprx, & also the interest for two quarters.

I am also worried about the rest two amounts in JP of 2.25lakhs
& 3lakhs. kindly suggest me as to what i should do for the remaining
two FD's without loosing my Capital amount, as it is my hard earned
money & the source which i am dependent on, during my this age.

Kindly send me the warrant at the earliest. & also awaiting
for a reply regarding the remaining two cases.

Dear sir,
I have sent FDR No.00339695.Investor code No.1089015 duly discharged for repayment on maturity. The FD has already matured on 13.04.2015. But I have not received payment of 150000/- so far.They had promised to make payment on or before 31 12 2015.Also there is no intimation from the company regarding status of repayment of the deposit.

I booked a 1BHK apartment in Buddh Studios II in Apr 2013 and now after three years the tower is still in its very initial stage of construction. As per the Provisional Allotment letter issued by the builder the property was expected to be delivered in 30 months from the date of the PAL and 6 months of grace period. Now the project is in the state where it will take another 3 years minimum to get delivered to its respective owners. They commit to pay the penalty of 5 Rs / Sqft /month which is nothing. We are liable to pay a much higher interest rate to the bank for the money we have invested in the project.

And now they are not returning the money back with interest or shifting my investment in any other project.

What action can be taken in this concern as my hard earned money is at a stake.

I had three fixed deposit receipts bearing number 562261, 562262 and 562263 each of Rs 50000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) issued on 20/12/2012 and which got matured on 20/12/2015. All these three FDRs in original along with application for payment on maturity was handed over by me to M/s SMC Global Securities on 26/10/2015, a broker in Jaipur. I am quite surprised that the payment for all three of them is not yet received along with interest till date 2/2/2016. I am in urgent need of money for marriage of my daughter, therefore, I request you to kindly make the payment of all these fixed term deposit receipts along with interest within 7 days.
