      With reference to subject I’d on 20th Aug 2013 speed post the duly signed original FD No. JAL/C00236595 maturing on 26th Aug 2013 for INR 64,386 on Registered office of Jaiprakash Associates address to FD Dept along with instruction to credit the maturity amount directly into savings account. Regret but till date I’ve not received the amount in my savings bank account Further all my efforts to inquire about the status of refund by calling on Noida Regd office board line numbers in vain as no one is picking up the phone I am really worried.. This is not expected from company like Jaiprakash Associates Can someone please provide name and contact detail of right person who can help me get my money ? Prashant [protected]@yahoo.com

          i booked a ticket from bhubaneswar to tatanagar on 03 may 2010 and my journey date is 11 may`2010.


          I cancelled my ticket on 08/05/2010, and waiting for my refund amount. still the status is in process. when the process will get finish and when i get my money.

          i called and ask railway customer care, but no replay from them.

          kindly look into this mater and do the needful.

            I Mahesh Basarge sent you the interest warant dated 1-1-2012 in the month of april which was not deposited in the bank in time. But steel I have not received the revalidiated warant of rs 5683.33. My FDR No. is B00128313 dated 24/07/2009 for three years, which is matured and I have received the ch of 200000.00 rs today. The mentioned warant no. 1295963, cheque No "015214" dated 1/1/2012 of rs 5683.33. Please do the needful and send me the revalidiated cheque as early as possible.

            I am serving in Indian Army (Army Service Corps) since 29 oct 1990 my army no 14806448N d&date of birth 09/02/1971’ have forget my password to login and obtain my quarterly statement of account and monthly pay slips since last months. you are requested to enable me to re-enter my login password.

                      Cheating with Customers , Cheque & Application Form for F.D.R is already collected ON[protected],Cheque is deposited by Company they got credit on Dt.[protected] and After Five Months sending Letter that Application is on Hold ,give Bankers Letter showing details that amount is Credited in the Account of JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES Ltd.

                      Jaiprakash Associates limited — Employees pension Scheme Money Withdrawal not received.

                      I worked with JAL. from Sept.'2005 to Nov. 2007. As Jaypee Group has its own trust under EPFO. applied for withdrawl of my EPF and Pension Fund. I got my EPF return on time whereas my Pension fund deposit has not been returned to me till date. Please tell me that, where to follow it up.

                        I have returned back my final dividend warrant No.412403, Dt. 12.10.10 amounting of Rs. 445.50 against 825 shares of JP ASSOCIATES by speed post No. EU[protected]N on 22.10.10 from Mathura, U.P. to the following address: JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD, SHARES/SECRETARIAL DEPTT.,SECTOR-128,NOIDA-201304(U.P.) as I have received the warrant in two pieces. It was not in a position for deposit in my account in the bank.

                        But so far I didn’t get any reply from JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD.

                        In this connection, I mailed on 30.11.10 and 04.12.10. Till date, I didn’t receive Duplicate dividend warrant.

                        I have complained with SEBI.

                        You are requested to look into this matter.

                          i had invested in jaiprakash associates registerd office in noida ,in 1/12/2009 ,But the name in the fixed deposit was wrongly spelled an hence sent the FD receipt after taking a copy to the company in Feb 2010 ,but i have not received the FD receipt after name spelling change. The deposit has matured on 1/12/2010 but the company is not paying the deposit amt with interest. i have sent my messages thro fax and email and registered letters but company is not responding. pls take up with the company to pay back the amount.

                            I have deposited 1,00,000 vide FDR No. C00168650 dated 24/09/2009 and due date is 24/09/2010. I have sent the recipt duely signed on 15/09/2010 and was recieved by the company on 18/09/2010. I have waited for almost two weeks and called up their office on 07/10/2010. The person answered the call said the checque is ready and will be posted by next week.
                            I have not yet (15/10/2010) recieved the cheque. I think they might have made the cheque but kept with them up till now . I feel it is no fair on the reputed organisations to do like this.
                            I think the concerned person doing this sort of things should be correced to keep the confidence of the investors.
                            Looking forward for immediate responce.

                                warrant — warrant of 26-09-2009

                                It was said in warrant yesterday that the accident incident took place in Dubai. Where as it was said by the party in your direct interview it is Saudi. A famous, renowned media, channel like tv9 should know to differenciate the country. Dubai comes in UAE & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is totally a different one.
                                don't know what are the precautions taken before releasing your program. It is becoming difficult to believe the news announced in TV9.

                                JP Associates Ltd. — FD Interest warrants not received

                                My sister had deposited Rs. 2 lacs, for 36months, Interest payable monthly.
                                vide chq. no.134543, dy. 26/09/2009.
                                Have recieved FDR/ bond. Have submitted 15G form also.
                                But have not recieved the interest warrants to date, the interest for the financial year[protected].
                                Request the authorities to do the needful at the earliest and keep up the esteem.

                                  I invested 40 K with Jai Prakash associates. FD Receipt No. 00098385. dated 2nd Jan 2009. I'm thankful to them for sending the Deposit Receipt and interest warrants.

                                  Out of that 1 quarterly interest warrant was rejected by the bank. I need to get revalidate this interest cheque. Warrant No. 434606 dated 01. 07.2009 for amount Rs. 1212.

                                  I sent Photocopy of the interest warrant along with the request for revalidation to JP associates 5 month back. No response since then. I've been trying their telephone nos, but no one to attend.

                                  Request them to revalidate the above cheque and send that to my address per records

                                    Respected sir, i am devaraj pillai from JAYPEE GROUP who was working for J.P since 1999 and has been removed from the organisation without any reason would request you to please settle my P.F Amount pending sine 1and a half year, have applied. and secon p.f which pending since3 monthswould request you settle my amt.
