I complain about illigal construction 8n my back side neighbour, and also not safty in construction

I have resident of SHANTI NAGARA GURJAR KI THADI. we have a park in 60-80 persons comes for morning & evening walk as well as light exercise for maintaining their health.
1. but the children of age 14-15 yrs play FOOTBALL in the park at evening times. they hit by ball always whoever comes for park for evening walk.
2. Many time it hit me so hard on face and also they are warned by many but no use.

There is nothing against games but it should not hit others. They play at corner where they hit many times as there is no contril on ball at times.Please visit park and do needfull.

Street lights in our colony are not functioning causing a lot of inconvenience to all residents. Nobody answers the phone in office when called. Please look into this immediately and resolve the issue!

This complaint is in regards to illegal construction of Ironing Stall in our colony at Jagdamba Nagar, behind Heerapura Power House. This disturbs the privacy of nearby homes. Stall owners are non coperating too. Even after multiple notification they are not moving stall to empty plots. They fight with nearby people and stop them to park their vehicle. I request you to please look into the matter and ask them to change their place.

I am residing at Sethi colony and lane name is vikas marg, it happens quite often that the so called garbage collector (gaadiwala) is not collecting trash in our lane purposely because other lane residents gives him cash to collect the trash from there lane, i confronted him that you are an Government employee and you take salary for this work, atleast collect the trash from all the lanes but he smirks and said it's my will and my work and simply refuse to collect the trash after that he used to ignore our lane and drove back to another without collecting the trash. It is my request to the responsible authorities to look into this matter and change the garbage collection vehicle or atleast take a strong action on him .

I had registered complaint twice sodium light earlier complaint No. [protected] no body come yet and today i had make complaint received complaint No. [protected] . the girl didn't listen me properly and disconnect the call .

kindly do something in this matter how many times we have to make complaints

Sir I have purchased plot number 473 Gokul nagar Yojana kalwar road from jda auction. A high tension line of 33 kv is passing over my plot now I am unable to construct house on the plot, i request you to kindly remove this high tension line as soon as possible because I have taken loan from bank and I have to start construction on this plot.

I am resident of jain vihar, kamla Nehru nagar. Garbage collection vehicle is not coming in our colony since last 20 days. Ward no. 66

incident= me and my friends playing foot ball in near my public park then the temple guardian (pandit) come and told that you cant play football in this park i ask for reason why we don't play football in public park then he told no you cant play and then the one mam come he told us who are you i call the police and arrests you me my friends ask only on question what is the reason that why we don't play the football in public parks the mam was use bad words she is ambushing my friends she is threatens us sir please it my request to you i am 14 years old near jagatpura, prem nagar, malviyan nagar, park pleases solved the problem sir please send your response in ([protected]@gmail.com )

I'd like to draw the attention of appropriate authority, we residents of rajlaxmi enclave 3rd, Zone no. 09, are devoid of basic needs. Although the colony was established by a private contractor he claims to have submitted all the due money and now it's up to JDA to provide us with the amenities.

It is to bring your notice that all the sector road of colony has been encroached by constructing the fencing sector road up to 5-10 ft. Many times two vehicles can not cross the road due to way . it is very difficult to move freely in the colony . Requested to remove the encroachment on sector roads. Ashishvihar(RBI) colony, Jagatpura, Jaipur. Zone 9.

It is to bring to your kind notice that on the Plot No. B 210, Bank officers Campus, Ramnagaria, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Builder Mr. Lakhpat Mal Bhandari construct 2 Illegal Panthouses on G+2 building. Due to this, for the others Legal Owners, do not have their common roof availability as the Panthouses Owners capture the common passage and Roof.
This construction is totally Illegal as the building is G+2 Naksha Pass building.
So it is requested to please inspect the site, and taking immediate and necessary action to demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction as per the Rules and Regulations laid down by the JDA

All the JDA officials are earnestly requested to take immediate action against the above illegal construction and oblige the residents so that no one can dare to do such work.

Kindly ensure immediate action.

It's Very pathetic to inform you that my road condition is worst and I'm seeing daily one vehicle slip / accident from my eyes in front of my house .. it's really very sad that they are renewing only posh area of Jaipur and didn't even take a look to colonies even after complaint ..this road was last made in[protected] .. I'm requesting you please have a look in my area so that condition of road could be good ...the rainy season is worst here ...road is totally invisible and the only sand is here ...🙏🙏🙏 please consider my complaint

The set back norms are being ignored and Construction activities are on despite several requests

On behalf of residents of Rama Enclave, a building constructed at plot no. 129, 130, Patel Nagar, Iskcon road, Mansarovar-302020 Jaipur, constructed and sold by 'M/s RAMA BUILDCON PVT LTD (A-5, Transport Nagar Jaipur), we wish to express our grievances as follows:
1. Builder has allocated parking to only one buyer and rest o[censored]s has been deprived from designated parking.
2. Builder has kept un-warranted construction at the ground floor for last 5 years which he has recently removed and now is threatening to re construct the same un-warrented construction in the parking space encroaching common parking area.
3. Despite several verbal communications, Builder has failed to provide us a NOC confirming payment of all the statutory dues to JDA and hand over the society to residents.
4. Builder has constructed 3 penthouses on the common roof area encroaching the useful space of the residents, even though the same is not a part of the construction plan as JDA approved maps.
Kindly intervene and help us resolve the issue.

At here Dhawas underpass at dhawas road the road condition is very bad they have just put the small or big stones instead of making a perfect road that creates a lot of problem for our vechile, kindly look through our problem and resolve it ASAP.
