It is to bring into notice that, Jagatpura roads which comes under Ramnagariya and goes to SKIT & Mahima panorama have been dug up without any good sense. Nobody coming back to fix it since 6 month. Peoples are being bothered with the road condition, the dust comes in eyes and all cloth turn into dusty clothes, vehicles going into worst condition and even there is no light on road in night time, so it is become more fatal in the night. people are being bother with this nonsense work, and many accident happening occur due to unbalanced road, worker laid this road into worst condition and it is laying since more than 6 month. Kindly take the immediate action against the nonsense work.

Road per barsat ka pani kai dino se bhara hua h, usme kachra jama ho raha h, ghar se bahar jane ka rasta band ho gaya h, gande pani me machhar ho rahe h, jis karan bimar hone ka khatra ho gaya h.

We are request and inform you that Mrs veena Khandelwal, w/o kailash Khandelwal, Resident G150 is doing the unauthorized construction in the common building bylaws anybody can't do construction and alltrarion in the premises without permission where the possibllities of loss of building and destruct and distrubuntion in study of childern of our building. When we request to him, bad behaviour done by the family of kailash khandelwal. They have no permission of construction inCOVID 19 . WE request you to plz stop the construction and do needfull action against him. We will highly appreciate priorty action.

The Facilities and development decided between RERA and Samiksha Buildcon Pvt Ltd not fulfilled by SAMIKSHA BUILDCON PVT LTD(colonizer) and Sambhavam Homes (builder/developer) in RERA approved project RERA no is RAJ/P/2019/1166. both colonizer and developer not provided us the decided facilities and forcing us to hand over the Society, till now Road, Water Harvesting Plant and over head water tank are not there in the Samiksha nagar siwar. One water boring is there but not having sufficient water to fulfill the need of the colony also the bore well water is not supplied by them they clearly told you have to handover the society to run the boring. Construction work is also very bad. home construction by Sambhavam home is very bad and quality of bricks, paint is very poor. Paint is also removed before 6 months of constuction, they commited we will use branded Paint. water leakage also happen duirng rain in almost all villas, they have commited to use granite / marble in Parking area but they used tiles with worst fitment, all tiles having gap and base hollow. they have committed to use Poplar and Pine Mix Door with Laminate Sheets but don't used quality of doors is so poor. client no Phool chand gurjar(samiksha buildcon pvt ltd)-[protected], santosh kumar ( sambhavam homes)-[protected]

Illegal construction is happening into adjacent plot in Hanuman nagar B block Tara marg on plot no B 150 on the name of Mr Rakesh Shuhalka.

No rules were followed as per the JDA norms of setback which will create issue to there neighbours.

Dear Sir,
An illegal construction on old house covering front set back area is going on in Tirupati Vihar-C in front of C-215, Tirupati Vihar, Manyawas. The construction material is kept which blocked the road.
Hence the residents of Shi Vihar-C and Tirupati vihar-C face day to day problem while talked to owner, he used to misbehave and abuses.
Hope the problem will be resolved soon.

Dear sir/ma'am,
This complain is regarding the illegal cow/buffalo milk dairy in my area which is Radha Govind Nagar-A, near pannadhay circle, Pratap nagar.
There is a milk dairy which is running illegally and also causing pollution on street which is creating health issues in the locality.
The roads remain full with cow dung, they also throw dung in empty plots which remains there for month and the street smell like hell.

I request you to please take away this dairy as it is illegal in the residential area.

Kanak vrindavan colony, Sirsi road, jaipur.
Our RWA is not taking care of hygiene in society, there are open bins flooded with garbage on stairs inside the society, dirty sewer water is thrown outside society which is again so un hyginic for all around society .
It's my request to please take action urgently as it can spread dengue and other diseses.

I Mr Dharma pal singh resident of Tonk Rajasthan applied for a plot through auction in Hira lal shashtri project under JDA and a plot No B5 alloted in my favour .I have paid full payment of plot in the month of Jan 2021 .After doing all the process I got message they can't issue lease deed for alloted plot to me as it is situated at wrong place
Being a senior citizen it was difficult for me to moving from my place to jaipur for the processing of issuing lease deed in this pandemic situation
My concern is that I have paid full amount as earliest and I have been harassed thorugh out this process also again in further process of alloting new area you will take more time as already it's been late .

Sir, I would like to request you to kindly look the above mentioned illegal construction of "Pent-House" in Parking Area of a Residential Building (A three floor Flat ) by the owner "Vinayak Construction".
Sir, this is violation of norms as such there is no residential construction is approved in the parking Area by JDA.
Moreover the map approved by the JDA also shows no construction approved in parking area.
Sir, Kindly get it checked and demolish the ongoing illegal construction.

there are around 12-15 dogs which barka all night and also during day time runs after the passer bys and are too dangerous for the residents.
kids are not able to play outside and even in building area as they are sitting inside our society.
yesterday only they bite one os the kids of our society.

I am living g+3 building, this building one person named Narendra Sharma is continuously parking his car on road daily, which blocked the way and caused a lot inconvenience to the residents.
t's blocking the road as the road is already small and narrow. It's creating disturbance to the fellow residents. This car owner abuses anyone who questions about improper parking.
Kids also getting problem with this.

There was illegal development in government place . They created water tank and home in government place.due to illegal development there was problem to uturn car and there was very small space left due to illegal development . See photos

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a JDA approved plot in Jhai, Mahindra world city. I have applied electricity connection three months back but no response we have received. As this is a JDA approved so Electricity office Bagru told us that the JDA is responsible to put the polls and electricity line and handover to us. After that we will give you the electricity connection. I have constructed home in my plot and without electricity we can not shift there.
So I request you to please do the needful.

Sir last 10 days to till than over bridge road light not working so people are held deficultey in night and mean while reaney secison going so in night time any time accident going on road and harmful elements do there work in night so please do something for this urgent because we in time intimate and call responsible person but problem don't solve so please do something Thannks
